Registration Process
In order to avoid stacks of paperwork and an unnecessary amount of work for
you and us (and, by the way, to be environmentally friendly), the registration
occurs for the most part per e-mail.
Registering for an ARABESKE course is child’s play:
1) Just fill out the online registration form completely and send it to us- Print the form “!!!Official Registration” or save it to your computer for later.
2) If the course is available, you’ll receive a Personal Registration Number (PRN)*, as well as the bill, per e-mail within several days.
3) Enter your PRN into the appropriate line of the form “!!!Official Registration” (after you’ve printed it) and send this, completely filled out and signed, to us per post (Yannick Sudermann, Luitpoldstr. 85, 91052 Erlangen, Germany).
4) Transfer the entire sum of the course fees
according to schedule to the following account:

The fees are to be paid within 14 days; for later transfers, we cannot guarantee your place. Make sure to have your Personal Reservation Number (PRN)* entered into the transfer!
5) After we’ve received your official registration as well as the course fees according to schedule, we’ll send you a reservation confirmation per e-mail within a few days. You are now officially registered for you desired ARABESKE course.
6) One week before courses begin, at the latest,
you’ll receive the address of your guest family. You’ll
also have important information available to you such as the course program
and the list of participants, which you can then download from our member’s
area.
Please understand that we, for logistical reasons, are not able to make this
information available to you at an earlier time than this.
7) Group Flight
* The Personal Registration Number (PRN), which is always
to be entered along with any further e-mail inquiries, allows you access to
the member’s area on our homepage. Here you’ll find links and
downloads about Syria and the Arabic language as well as other interesting
information.
